Following a successful career as a Corporate Controller for International Corporations, Luisa Osio became a licensed Real Estate Salesperson, November 1996. Continued studies led to obtaining a State of California Real Estate Broker license in 1999 and Luisa Osio Real Estate was born the same year. As business grew we evolved into Osio Realty Group and expanded into Georgia.
 
Ms.Osio's business experience spans 30 years, with the past 13 years spent full time as a licensed Realtor. Luisa is qualified to help you meet your specific Real Estate goals and focused on helping you make the most informed Real Estate Investment decision possible. Family History:
 
The Osio Family has a deep rooted California Real Estate history.
 
In 1825, Antonio Maria Osio settled in Monterey, California as Director of Customs and Military Commendant.  He was given a land grant in 1839 to establish a ranch on what is known as Angels Island in San Francisco Bay. His memoirs were published, titled the History of Alta California. Some early California historical family structures still exist, like the Osio Adobe in Monterey, Ca. 
 
Luisa's father, Pat Osio Sr. was a successful Santa Monica, Ca, Broker.  Her Aunt and Uncle, Teresa Osio and Louis Osio were also licensed Realtors.  Several family members are currently active in Real Estate. Luisa continues her family's tradition of providing valuable service to the community in honor of her ancestors.
